Unfortunaly when you buy a game it is affiliate to your Origin account. You can't change this.

The best you'll be able to do is change your PSN/Gamertag via account settings on console; I'm sure PC has a similar function as well. Transferring stats and stuff to another active account isn't possible.
Now, you can gameshare it to a different account if you don't care about stats and its just a monetary issue. On console you just need to activate the account that purchased the game as primary on the system you're playing as. Physical copies you obviously just hand over
You can redeem your product code for that game then use for a new account. I have not done this.
