I was banned from Battlefield 5 and I'd like an apeal

Okay so I have been a huge fan of the Battlefield games since BF2, loved all of them since then. now EA has always had a problem with cheaters and the company seems to not give two * about it, but since I enjoy the franchise so much I endure it, for years and years. BF3 and BF4 seem to have a proper solution whicj is dont play on Dice servers becuse they dont care enough about their player base to deal with cheaters. so personal servers are the way to go.

So jump ahead a few years, BF1 comes out, intantly I fall in love, I love so much about the game, there are some bugs yes but the game is fun, welp that is until the cheating community takes over and kills the player base, I was upset but I tried to push through, reporting players who are cheating but they don't get dealt with.... so many time's I cant play because of cheaters, they some times have 400+ kills 0 deaths, its maddening, so I hop back on BF4.

I get into BF5 and instantly fall in love, its a pleasent blend of everything from every Battlefield game that I love and theyve added some better ballance with ammo and the healin system is pretty amazing. Guess what though, BF5 is worse than BF1 for cheaters.... I try to endure it like I have over the years but it gets exuasting.... I'm stuck in my spawn or noone on my team can cap a point so I figure out what program most of these jerks are using and they use an ESP program that can tell you where everyone is on the map and you can set it to show you when other people can see you anywhere on the map... So after quite a while of not being able to progress in a game that I love and dealing with a sea of cheaters in a game franchise that the compny clearly could give two * about, I snap I get fed up, I just want to make some progression and play without dying in my spawn and not being able to cap points, so I get the program. What the worst part is I've never and I mean EVER cheated in an online game until this moment... I can actually see how many people are using this damn program with it too and guess what, more than half the * people in the game are using it, so I'm finally able to avoid getting killed ever 2 seconds and I'm able to make some persoanl progression but honestly it doesnt feel good and I don't see what the point is in cheatching online. What is tragic after all that the day, THE * DAY!!! that I use this program because I feel like there was little to no choice is the day that EA mass bans all cheaters in BF5 isnt that some * *, if you guys had done it a day earlier than I wouldnt have use the fuckign program and I would have been able to fully enjoy the game but no.... I understand that cheating goes against the rules and poeple should cheat in online games because it ruins it for everyone else, but you've got to admit that my case is uniqe and I'm sure there are some ther cases like mine. So I ask if there is another solution instead of bannign me, give me a slap on the wrist or something. I'm just so choked, like yo could see why I might be upset right?!?!?! you can look into my history Ive never had an infraction of any kind for any other game period....
