Try testing your connection, this would happen to me in bf4, bfh, bf1 but not yet bfv, but when it would happen to me I would test my connection and it would work. These bugs will probably be fixed on the day one patch on November 20th when the full game releases

Note: Test your connection before a match not while the screen is black

its beyond stupid to have people pay for advance playtime but not give out the patch..
