inconsistent FPS with latest update 5/3

Hello, so my frames with newest GPU Driver and Game update is now all F&$#ered. I use to get a solid 60fps on med,now its always stuck at 45 fps no matter what settings I play at. WTH is going on here why is EA making a great name such a bad experience? ☹️ This is starting to feel as janky as Arma with a tossed in trash of squad with now a dash of [Removed- CM] PUBG. Quit been other FPS beEEEEEE yourself BF/EA knock it off and bring back commander and run the standard BF framework already that has been perfected already.I do "like" the revive system now if you tossed a gun and crawl feature in standard MP. Okie Dokies hope to hear back I doubt it because this is a NVidia/EA getting along thing. Have a  great day! Hope its fixed soon! (6months)
