Incorrect Points Given for Various Actions

Summarize your bug I've realized that often times, you'll receive the incorrect points or none at all for various actions in-game. For instance, you'll see in the image that I only received 8 points for spawning into a teammate, when it should be 10. You receive 0 points for any healing you give to teammates healing via the med crate's aura effect. Issuing squad orders to an objective sometimes doesn't yield any points whatsoever - for instance, if you were to switch orders to A and you're not on the objective but it's say 10% capped past neutral and your team caps it, then sometimes you still receive 0 points (is there a minimum time requirement before points are distributed for objectives?).
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Spawn on teammates various times. Heal teammates with the med crate using its aura effect. Make squad orders to objectives that are already in the process of capping.
What happens when the bug occurs? You will occasionally receive fewer or no points than what you should be receiving.
What should be happening instead? You should receive the correct points - spawning on squad mates = 10, med crate aura heals = same amount teammates heal by, completed squad orders should yield 100-200 points depending on whether you're the squad leader or not.
