@EA_Blueberry any update on this? It's happened to me about 4 times and I've had the game for about 4 days... The attached picture is the screen I'm stuck on until the end of the game. I can't do anything apart from go to the menu and leave the game.

Yes it is still ongoing. Luckily it is now a sticky topic and on the board again to be investigated and fixed.
