Infinite matchmaking error

Bf V functioned well last time online was 2024

Since then the matchmaking is an infinite process and servers appear with zero ping no red or green or whatever

I need either a fix to this problem do i can access on line games as supposed, or a sort of refund cause this is totally unfair
