Community Admin@Smeagul666 Hi, can you try restarting your console first as a test. Hold the button until it beeps and restarts, then start back up with the account used to pre-order then check again please.

What about those of us with ea access? We can download the open beta but cant download the beta early access or enlister offer, so we cant play online.
Try restoring licenses and restarting your ps4 that worked for me
