Reward did not appear in my wallet

Only to check, as this sometimes understandably confuses people due to the wrong background being used, but were you expecting Battlefield Currency as the reward or Company Coins?

company coins, the game said is in my wallet 

please help 

They most likely are, but make sure you're not looking at Battlefield Currency, since that wasn't the reward. 

If you're certain that you're definitely missing the 1000 Company Coins, you'll need to open a case at https://help.ea.com as missing items cannot be provided here.
