[Information Request] Can't get online bf5

I have the same exact thing, I am on PC.

I can't get online either and I have follwed all the power cycling guides, my account is not banned I have active Xbox subscription and there are no network outages here my Xbox is online

I think EA screwed something up with adding in the wake island map. Ps4 here and unable to connect  Redownloading the game now but I don't think it will help.  I rebuilt the ps4 database with no luck.  Restored licences with no luck.

Since I first logged onto the game at 4pm CST I haven't been able to connect to EA servers on bf5 xbox one edition for the past 2.5 hours. I have done everything I know to solve this, Ive restarted my xbox, turned my interent off and on, ect. It would be appreciated if somone could help me.

Same for me dude. It’s frustrating, as this is my favorite game in spite of how dysfunctional it is. Tried every troubleshoot there is. Nothing. Ea chat people just kept giving me the run around. They at last said that a new patch soon would PROBABLY fix it. Like wtf. I left CoD years ago for this, I’ve been legit loyal to ONLY BF for this?!!! 

Xbox one. Called tech support went thru full troubleshooting cleared all caches, rebooted etc. Also set required ports to open. Still unable to connect to ea servers

Well it WAS WORKING YESTERDAY!!! What ever they did today BROKE THE LOG IN PROCESS!!!   WTF DICE!!! 

Yeah I just checked down detector and it first went down 6 hrs ago. The height of it was at about 2 hrs ago and now its declining
