Great. Make sure you run that test while on the same connection you play on. So, if you play wireless, be on a wireless connection and in the same room your console is in. If wired, unplug the ethernet cable from your console and plug it in to your laptop.
@EA_Aljo I do play wired bad news can not plug ethernet into laptop.
@EA_Aljo to be honest i cant figure this out.

If you can't wire your laptop, it doesn't really matter as wireless results would be a lot different. Unfortunately, without that test we're not going to be able to see where the problem is occurring. Have you checked with your ISP to see if they are having any issues?
@EA_Aljo well looks like I cant play and I dont know what to do all I want to do is play and of course not just my luck why the hell is this even an issue.? Its frustrating you know not only for me but everyone that this is happening to.

I get that it looks like it's happening to everyone, but the people posting here represent a fraction of the people playing. If it was happening to everyone, we'd be having a major outage and an announcement would be issued. So, until that happens, we need to investigate this on an individual basis.
The best I can suggest for now is to contact your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues. Out of curiosity, do you have another account you can try? That would help rule out any account issues if you experience the same thing.
@EA_Aljo yeah fair enough I dont see how it could be on the other end it happened after the wake island showed up i played not yesterday cause I couldnt connect but the 11th with no problem. But I'll do whatever I can I guess. Also I do not have another account to try.

NY same errors for over 24 hours, no luck with anyone from ea chat or phone
