I'd like you to try clearing your alternate MAC address with these steps:

• Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
• Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
• Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

Your Xbox will restart now. Try again and let me know if you can connect or not.

Can you try the suggestions I've posted in this thread and let me know if any of them work? What system are you on?

I am on PC and have tried everything suggested so far.

Thanks for trying. Are you on a wired or wireless connection? Also, did this just start happening or has it been going on for a while?

I am having the same issues on PS4. Everything was fine last night, but today I tried to play the new Wake Island map, but get the "You have lost connection to the EA server". I have troubleshooted everything I can.. reboot modem, PS4, restore licence etc. to no avail.

Unable to connect to BFV servers, PS4. Been having this issue all day. I reset my console and router. Along with, talked to support and did the recommended actions and it still does not connect.

Can you try using alternate DNS servers with the instructions here: https://support.opendns.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003048283-Changing-DNS-on-Popular-Gaming-Systems-PS4-XBox1-WiiU-. Let me know if that makes a difference or not.
