Are you able to get into a match after these steps? Under your Xbox One Network Settings, what's your NAT type? (Open, Moderate, Strict)
Power Cycle the Console
- Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
- Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
- Plug the console power cable back in.
- Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
Clear Mac Address
- Clear the MAC Address: From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.

Do you have the game installed on an external hard drive? I'm not here to point fingers but pinpoint what could be causing this to help get you into the battlefield.
Are you able to log into your router's admin settings to see if there's a firmware update?
We've actually seen a lot of players find success getting around connection issues like this for BF and Apex when they change their DNS. Try setting the DNS manually on your console to the Google one (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4)- 6 years ago
@EA_BlueberryThat thing , work well on bf5. Since you mentioned, bf5 runnings well for me , no lag , and Apex its Full of lag. Why? Why just Apex??? 😭. I stoped play coz of that. If i put 8884 and 8844 manually , can i play Apex well??? I love that game. But that lag bugs my brain lol
