Community ManagerDo you have the game installed on an external hard drive? I'm not here to point fingers but pinpoint what could be causing this to help get you into the battlefield.
Are you able to log into your router's admin settings to see if there's a firmware update?
We've actually seen a lot of players find success getting around connection issues like this for BF and Apex when they change their DNS. Try setting the DNS manually on your console to the Google one (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4)
