I'm using driver 430.86 the newest. But on few day later when i played Mercury i met rainy weather and i saw rain. It's weird.

Thanks for getting back with the DxDiag! We haven't seen other reports on this yet, very strange. Perhaps try rolling back the driver and re-install it again if the issue persists. We'll keep an eye out for more reports though.
- @EA_Blueberry I did it reinstall all nvidia drivers. If i see again problem i will make screenshot or video evidence. But if i write this report i played with my friend and he didnt saw rain too.
