Is contacting live support on EA.help with clear evidence of cheating appropriat

I'm wondering since the regular reporting option don't seem to take into account any evidence even if it is someone speedhacking and aimbotting people. Would they be able to escalate the evidence to...

    @InS_Hypno Yep, contacting EA Help with the details and evidence is fine and they should hand it over to EA's ToS team for investigation.
