Items in the Armory are always the same

Summarize your bug When I go to the armory the items are still the same and when the timer for them runs out they just start counting 2 weeks again and the same thing happens again.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to Armory, then you can go to Featured, Weapons or Soldiers.
What happens when the bug occurs? I expect to see new items.
What should be happening instead? Instead, we will see the same items.

So when I go to the Armory I always see the same items and when the timer runs out it starts counting again for two weeks and again. Please fix this!
