Its been like 2 years and I really want the accessories

I have reached Rank 20 on the Medic and Support class, but never received the Medic and Support Mastery Assignments (or Special Assignment) and need them added to my account.

This is a common issue that can only be resolved by talking to EA support. Just make sure you explain your issue in detail.
