Summarize your bug As you can see from the picture below, the ka-mi tank "splashes" in the water, even though it's standing still. No matter where it is on the water, it'll splash and it becomes very difficult to see in first person view.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On Solomon Islands and other Japanese maps with water, get in a Ka-Mi tank and drive into the water. Stand still while floating on water. Also test this out with the American LVT tank to make sure the effect doesn't also happen on the American counterpart tank.
What happens when the bug occurs? A constant splash effect occurs and the first person view gets obscured.
What should be happening instead? There should be no splash effect while the ka-mi is motionless in the water.

This has been fixed, at least for the Ka-Mi. I'd imagine the same fix was applied to the LVT. Now we can see clearly in first person mode, while not making so many splashes that draw attention to the enemy.

This is also a confirmed issue for the LVT - the same thing happens to the LVT as it does to the Ka-Mi.
