@Adman_Tor That seems pretty common. Goes to the sky and never to who or what killed you. Almost like hardcore mode.
AND no reply from @EA_Atic after I politely tagged him in the thread and asked for a reply/update on this.
I guess DICE/EA are happy with a 30% success rate with the kill cam. Certainly working better than many other parts of the game.
