Kill Cam not working properly

Kill cam still not working properly... camera rolls over to the sky.

And still not sure of my previous question:

1) There are no reports of the kill cam being an issue and that it's working as intended? 2) The team is already aware and they're working on it but you don't have any updates 3) The team is aware of the issue and that they're NOT working on it 4) You will not be sending this up as an issue that needs to be addressed.

No change to the Kill Cam problem with the July update. Almost ONE YEAR later and we don't even have a working kill cam.
