Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Equip the elite Lever Pipe melee weapon. Get kills with it.
What happens when the bug occurs? You will see alternating unlock messages for 3 dog tags, as shown in the images below.
What should be happening instead? You should not be getting those messages at all.
These are the dog tags that will alternate as being unlocked when you get kills with the Control Stick. The gun dog tag appears to be for the S2-200 MMG. I'm also getting 2 rank dog tags, one of which is shown below. It appears with the Lever Pipe melee weapon as well.
