Latency/Rubberbanding BF5

Have been playing for month with no problem. Recently once I have joined an online match my latency goes through the roof as soon as I spawn (often in the thousands). Hardcore lag and rubber banding. Latency always been in the 30s when I have played in the past so its not an internet issue. 

Reinstalled the game, checked my internet connection, looked into IP issues and graphics driver resets, readjusted setting. At a loss at this point. Hoping someone might have some answers. Thanks!
