level down

yesterday my level is 41,but today I find my level going  down to 29,why?new bug?

    Hey @xianggang1018  we are looking at the issue for missing rank, can you keep an eye out if you see any changes on your account and it can take up to 48 hours.

Hey @xianggang1018 ,  if you play a match to the complete does is update your stats ? 

What platform and region are you in?

        But my level is not recover,can you imagine a 18 level Scout have a kar98K?
