Lewis Gun 3x Scope Gets Cancelled out with Certain Specializations

I am on Xbox One and though I have not confirmed the Spec Tree for canceling the 3x scope I can confirm that it does negate it. I am using the same Spec Tree specified but I have not tried changing it to see if it corrects it. I have not seen the reticles being incorrect but I can say that the 3x scope being reduced to same level as Iron Sights does happen on Xbox One as well.

Summarize your bug When using the 3x scope on Lewis gun it is negated to the same zoom level as the Iron Sights. I read elsewhere that it is due to a certain Spec Skill Tree Loadout but I have not confirmed this is what caused the problem.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Upgrade the Lewis Gun, Spec it to different skill trees, then use the 3x Scope.
What happens when the bug occurs? The 3x Scope on the Lewis gun is reduced to the zoom level of Iron Sights,.
What should be happening instead? 3x Scope should have the correct level of zoom

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Equip any of the 3X scopes on the Lewis Machinegun on Support, even the cosmetic 3X have issues
What happens when the bug occurs? No Zoom and/or Weird Crosshairs
What should be happening instead? 3X magnification

Using the 3X on Lewis gun adds no magnification on the scope, even tried using a cosmetic 3X and it had a weirder issue having messed up crosshairs and no zoom.

After doing some troubleshooting in practice range, it did not happen in the stock version of the Lewis gun. My current specialization is full left which is: Quick Aim, Slings & Swivels, Extended Mag, and Recoil Buffer. Resetting the Specialization tree fixed the issue. Setting the same Specialization made the 3X zoom bug happen again. I changed my Specialization for High Velocity Bullets instead of Quick Aim and was able to use 3X scope properly. So I believe Quick Aim is Currently bugged on the Lewis Gun.
