Linking Xbox account

Hello, I'm trying to link my Xbox Live account after noticing it was linked to an old account i can't access any longer. But i get a message telling me that a Xbox Account can only be registered once per lifetime.

    When I was filling out the survey I selected playstation as the platform I would be on and it asked me what my psn name is I would use for the test, did you not get any of that?

    Since i unlinked my old Xbox live account i haven't been able to play Battlefield 4,1 or 5 since i can't relink my account

    @4dicft5mjqhl This thread hasn't been active since 2021 so I'm going to close it.

    However, if you're experiencing the issue described in the thread then you're more than welcome to start a new thread.

    In case it helps though, this is a problem which you will need to contact EA Help about though, since account issues can't be handled on these forums. You may need to try using help.ea.com in incognito mode or when not signed into your account to get a live chat option.
