hello..
this is my pc
intle i7 9700k 3.6hz
64 GB g.skill ram 3200z
RTX 2080TI 11 GB
Asus z390 gaming E
while in game my fps jumps from 100 to 40 ( 144 while on menu)
and sometime my sound suddnely disapears and i get "underwater noises"
any help please?
P.S i tried all nvidia control panel stuff and still nothing.
