low fps low gpu cpu usage

I've done everything I could find but nothing fixed it. ryzen 5 2600x gtx 1070 amp extreme 16 gb ddr4  Win10 EDU all other game work fine and bf5 died too befor and after my cpu upgrade from i5 ...

@EA_Atic  new mainboard and same problem, bought an msi tomahawk, I dont know what else I'm soposed to do

With the new motherboard, I assume you have reinstalled all drivers? @XRival_67  
 
Also, are you using MSI afterburner?
