Low fps on Alienware 15 R3 ( GTX 1070M )

Hello, Alienware R3 2017 model here, re installed windows 10 and all drivers from scratch ( dell website) I have Geforce drive 446.14 (latest) Specs are basically i7 8 core, 8 GB ddr4 ram, GTX 107...

    So I managed to get fps up by enabling Intel Graphics Card ( it was disabled ) and actually turned DX 12 on in basic setting video option in game.

That's the problem for me.
The game has become unplayable since the last updat.
FPS drop every 10/20 seconds.
It doesn't matter how I play.
I read through a lot of forums, tried a lot of possible solutions ... but nothing.
Second week i can't play☹️
