LVT in BFV won't equip purchased specializations.

Summarize your bug I can purchase and equip specializations for my LVT in BFV but they will not be applied when I join a multiplayer match. The only thing I can figure is that the game might not apply the upgrade because the LVT's already spawn in on Breakthrough I haven't tried yet on Conquest. It very well could be this isn't bug and you just can't have upgraded LVT's unless you spawn them in yourself from a deployment zone like in Conquest. The upgrades I noticed weren't being applied is the APCR ammunition, 50cal M2 Twin AA HMG, and the Hull mounted Flame Thrower.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Purchase/equip the Twin 50cal upgrade for the LVT. Join a multiplayer match of Breakthrough on PlayStation system. Verify your LVT's specializations are not equipped.
What happens when the bug occurs? Upgrades are not equipped
What should be happening instead? Upgrades should be equipped.

The already spawned-in LVT's won't equip your specialisations, that's correct.
It's the same as taking an enemy's tank, it won't equip your specs.
Your spec's will only be equipped when actually 'choosing' the LVT from the spawnscreen.
