M1907 SF still locked after a week

Summarize your bug This is the weapons not unlocking bug, I've been waiting for the m1907 SF for the assault class (rank 8) to unlock for the entire week. I am now Assault rank 16 and it still hasn't unlocked, I have tried to rank up each time and waiting for the end of round report but i had no luck to getting this to unlock, i believe it is because due to all end of round reports being broken during the initial release of patch 6.2. I have no issues unlocking other stuff in the game so I was told to contact EA support
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Anyone who was meant to unlock a weapon during the first few days of patch 6.2 but the end of round reports were broken
What happens when the bug occurs? weapons stay locked and do not unlock later on even on following class rank up
What should be happening instead? The weapon should be unlocked or should unlock during the following class rank up
The images sent is the proof of level and the weapon still being locked

If the weapon still hasn't unlocked for you I'd recommend reaching out to the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. They should be able to help out with this.
