M30 Drilling Not Unlocking, currently R14 support

Summarize your bug M30 Drilling isn't unlocking. Currently rank 14 in support already.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? N/A
What happens when the bug occurs? M30 Drilling isn't unlocking
What should be happening instead? M30 should have unlocked at support level 13

Hi, currently I am rank 14 on the support subclass

The M30 drilling wasn't unlocked at 13 nor did it unlock at 14.  

Things I have done:

1. Restarted the game

2. Waited a week

3. Ranked up

Any suggestions to get this bug fixed?  

Really looking forward to using the gun.....if at all possible. lol.

    @EA_Blueberry After reaching Support Rank 15, it unlocked.  Thankfully I can now play with the gun but the bug is definitely still worth looking into.

    I've definitely claimed everything from the armory.  However, haven't started the game up since the update today.  Will check when I get the chance.

    @EA_Blueberry I logged on and its still locked. If I look back through the Answers HQ I find people who have had similar problems back in November........but shouldn't stuff like this be fixed by now?

    Other Battlefield players have been experiencing this as well and the team is still investigating. We've seen reports the weapons have unlocking once reaching rank 20 for the class, but not for everyone. We apologize you've been impacted and we'll continue to relay these reports up to the team to aide them.
