Obviously you don't know what you're talking about at all. Masses of people in the block, do you think this new system has begun to detect cheaters en masse? People with 300~500 levels who have been playing for years? Moreover, they themselves fought against cheaters...by supporting custom servers. So your post just useless.

You're saying that hundreds, even thousands of loyal Battlefield players—who have invested years into this game and never violated any rules—suddenly decided they'd had enough and collectively chose to cheat on January 9th? Goodness, maybe you should think about how absurd that sounds.🤣
I can't vouch for every single player banned in this wave, but I swear on my integrity and character that throughout my 3,000 hours of gameplay, I have never cheated. Yet, despite not even logging in for days, EA still accused me of cheating on January 9th.

Super odd that on the exact day and about the same time of day a mass ban wave happened and triggered a ton of unique accounts with years of activity and thousands of hours played posting in these forums?
Did we all collectively decide that Jan 9th was the day to start cheating? Have we been cheating this entire time with some unknown cheat while posting pretty pedestrian stats? Or did EA push an update that made a mistake and mass banned players?
Occam's razor provides the clearest explanation.
Anyways my account was banned, I'm on my second appeal still going on a week and the appeal is for the PS4 platform despite never touching a PS4 in my life. At this point it's more of the principle of the matter.
