Happened to many players, Incluiding me.  
Thankfully, i am still able to play Bf1, so at least i can enjoy something. The thing is i am waiting for a reply for a re-appease for more than 7 days now... no answer... EA at its best

Same, first they said 'the decision was correct' and now after second appeal no response for over a week -_-

    Since January 16th it has been stuck on "Waiting on Studio" and "Your appeal is pending." I'll continue to wait, hoping I can clear my name soon.
