Ok this is really wired, i can now log into my account and play bfv again om my pc at work,
At at the same time i got this mail were still say i am banned. Wtf

Several days after they lifted my ban, the new reply I received on my earlier appeal case was: "We have confirmed that your account was involved in cheating. Because of this, we will not remove the sanction on your account." 🤣How ridiculous. This proves that their appeals department is utterly useless—completely disconnected from the account management team. I even suspect they just have a few bots sending out identical rejection emails to every appellant a few days later. Otherwise, it's hard to imagine any other reason that could lead them to engage in such contradictory and self-defeating actions.
