Mastery Assignment for my gun is not available

Summarize your bug The Gewehr 1-5 Proficiency Assignment I has reappeared even though I have completed all Proficiency and Mastery Assignments for the Gewehr 1-5.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure. I did notice it had reappeared in the assignments list once I had completed the last of the Mastery Assignments for the M1A1 Carbine (also have completed all of its Proficiency Assignments) though I don't know if that is related.
What happens when the bug occurs? Whilst the Gewehr 1-5 Proficiency Assignment I has reappeared and can be selected as an assignment, it does not track when playing in Multiplayer. I guess this is due to the assignment already being completed.
What should be happening instead? The Gewehr 1-5 Proficiency Assignment I should not be available once completed.

As you can see from the attached screenshot, the Gewehr 1-5 Proficiency Assignment I has reappeared and is available for me to select. However the other screenshot shows that I already have the Mint Muzzle for the Gewehr 1-5 which is the reward for completing the assignment. I also have all the other mint skins for the Gewehr 1-5 which shows that I have in fact completed all of the Gewehr 1-5 Proficiency Assignments which reward you with these.

Summarize your bug (Master VI for Gewehr 1-5) )For Tracking 60 headshots on objective areas for the Gewehr 1-5 stops progressing. The completion circle got stuck the first time 3/4 the way and never progressed then after this last patch (January 29th) it progressed a little then stopped with about 5% completion left and now wont move. I have personally have logged over 120 headshots on objective areas but still cant complete the assignment.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try completing Gewehr 1-5 mastery 6 with 60 headshots on objective areas
What happens when the bug occurs? Stops progressing, the progression circle stops moving.
What should be happening instead? Completing the Mastery 6 assaignment and getting the golden reciever

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get 4 head shots in a life and in an objective area.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Gewehr M95/30 Proficiency V isn't being marked as completed.
What should be happening instead? The assignment should be completed.

I have completed the criteria for the Gewehr M95/30 Proficiency V multiple times and it hasn't been marked as completed. The assignment calls for either "1 life head shot 4 enemies in objective areas" or "1 round head shot 10 enemies in objective areas". I have gotten the 4 head shots in one life about 4-5 times. Sometimes more than the required 4. The in game the counter on the left of the HUD confirms that I got them as well. However at the end of the round it doesn't reward me with the assignment as complete.
