What should be happening instead? I should receive mastery assignments

Summarize your bug I have completed up to level 10 on both weapons, and in the progression it is saying i have unlocked the assignments but they are not appearing in the assignment list. Also the last urban blue weapon skins are locked as well even though they same they are locked. I am worried this will continue with my other weapons. Please let me know if there is a fix for this.
