Hopefully we get some tips from other streamers within the community here for you. Have you tried switching off HDR in-game? We're seeing a lot of players have improved performance when they set their clocking speeds to default (or make sure they're not overclocking the GPU).
i have my CPU and GPU stock (because i dont know how and i really havent seen a need. it is kinda tempting to do it now though. hahaha
