I have the same issue, I also had the joy of being shot through the ground which makes me think this is a clipping issue as I could see the dude that shot me through the ground and i believe he could see me. The crates falling through and seeing and getting shot through the ground should not be happening on release of a game let alone 2 months in....
I see it all the time, ammo crates just falling through the floor.
