@ogmudbone5732 If completing another full round hasn't worked, and the assignment isn’t waiting to be claimed from the Armory, then you should contact EA Help for assistance.
In case it helps for the future, the game syncs to the award server when the current round ends, so it's usual worthwhile to stay until the end of round screen or for the beginning of the next one.
