Can't connect online to play Battlefield V I have an xbox live gold account and it won't connect to EA. It keeps saying my account is ineligible. I am not underage. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey everyone. When you've got the chance please try resetting the password on your EA Account. I've seen several cases where a password reset will help with this error. @EJM201906 Have you checked that your Gold subscription hasn't expired? Also what is the exact message you receive?

My Xbox live account was just renewed for another year in August. When I try to link my xbox account to EA by login in with Microsoft Account I get this: Account Ineligible. We're sorry, but your EA account or your Xbox Live account is not eligible. Then it links me to log out of Microsoft account. Everything I have read says that this error is because of an underage account. Thanks for your help.

@EJM201906 I think you may just need to change some account settings on your Xbox in that case.

You may need to contact Xbox customer services for assistance if your account isn't showing you any restrictions.

Trying to link Xbox account to EA and get error message "We're sorry, but your EA account or your Xbox Live account is not eligible." - any suggestions on what causes this error?

Tried to login to bfv and said my account was invalid, no connected accounts. Tried to login in ea help with xbox info and said ineligible.

@EA_Atic I am having trouble logging into my account and it telling me my Microsoft account is invalid. Why is this and how can I fix it. I haven’t been able to fix it since Thursday last week.
