Mega thread - Invalid EA Account

Can't connect online to play Battlefield V I have an xbox live gold account and it won't connect to EA.  It keeps saying my account is ineligible.  I am not underage.  Any help would be greatly ap...

    Hey everyone. 

    When you've got the chance please try resetting the password on your EA Account. I've seen several cases where a password reset will help with this error. 

    For more details on how to reset your EA Account password check out the EA Help website. Let me know if you're still getting the same error message after that.

Tried to login to bfv and said my account was invalid, no connected accounts. Tried to login in ea help with xbox info and said ineligible.

        @EA_Kent This does not work for me. I have rest my password and nothing happens. I have turned in two cases for help to fix this and one with my phone number to be contacted at and have received no phone call. How do I get in contact with your support over the phone because there is no option to leave my number normally. And there is no option for live chat.
