On BF4 one of them teleporty hackers hinted that he has 10 days left before new account.
This makes me think that origin access is being used to gain to all BF,s for free significantly reducing the meaning of a ban.
Might be wrong don't know if their are systems in place to identify repeat signer uppers, or if modern day cheats have the ability to fake hardware information.
But linking credit card information to known hacker accounts would be verry effective.
Yes their will most probably be some legal hurdles, but ask yourself if they are easier to overcome then the problem of cheating itself.
Also instead of trying to ban the player from every server, I recommend removing the players ability to sign in. (Like opening up BFV with internet off)
This would be verry effective on games like BF3 and BF4 where a hack can bypass individual server anticheat programs.
The hacker would need to buy the game again which might provide enough money to justify maintenance of these old games and maybe a swat team to improve ban rates to improve money.
Restrict second chances to people buying the game again and not people creating new origin access accounts.

also I see some ramblings about ping above, I am at the point where only 250 ping servers are available to me.
I recommend removing the ability to see other peoples ping. This would be big blow for cancer in BF.
Form moderators see it all the time:
-He has high ping and he is doing well must be hacking
-The high Pinger has the peeking advantage and it ruins the game
-I did hold down the mouse button but the bullets did not hit ☹️
-The netcode bla bla bla bla bla low ping player disadvantage
Yesterday in TDM I got blamed for ruining the game by guy who was emptying the server with 40/2 oblivious to his own impact on the game.
many things ruin the game for people high ping is on the list but is the one thing that is innocent.
Under the current system once they are banned, they are banned from multiplayer for every game on origin. The problem is these people don't care about buying a new game. They are likely spending more money monthly than they spent on the game. It doesn't faze them at all. The answer I think is to hardware ban them, like EAC is doing with APEX Legends, my understanding now that they've banned Virtual Machines it is much harder to get past a hardware ban, and isn't something that can be automatically bypassed.
The real answer is they need a client-side anticheat like EAC, it's much more effective than punkbuster ever was, it works more like an antivirus program where is uses Heuristic analysis similar to an antivirus to not only detect old well known cheats, but to also discover new ones. For a lot people it would do a good job stopping obvious cheats before they start and a more reliable means of detection for new ones.
