Merge PSN accounts

I was wondering when will someone contact me since I requested that a week ago I sent an email ( they need 72 h to write back)

but nothing happened.

so I dont know when will they contact me.

Does someone know how to merge two PSN accounts?

    I'm afraid you can't merge accounts into a single entity; the best you can do is change your PSN name (first time free, other times will cost you $10
