DICE Team@Aboody_023 That's not how servers work, if a EU server is moved to outside of its region its no longer an EU server. Servers are still physical items.
For packet lose I recommend to take a look on our connective guide here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
Keep in mind as you are connecting quite far away its not uncommon that you hit a bad network hub that causing the problems.
Packet lose also means you are losing data towards the server so somewhere on its way to us parts of your data disappears.
