ETA: Since the cases you've raised previously have been marked as "Fixed", double check that the missing assessment isn't just waiting to be claimed in The Armory.
Just got ghosted again after 3 days of waiting for their email, for the third time. Yep, what an irresponsible and total ignorant customer support service. EA released a buggy mess, it's up to their responsibility to fix the bugs or at least resolve the issues that the players are having that are caused by their game, but they apparently can't even do it either. What an incompetent company, not gonna buy a single game from this company again.
