Missing Company Coins from leveling up

Question

I just got Battlefield 5 Definitive Edition because of a Steam sale but after level 4 I stopped getting company coins from each level, I'm level 11 now and the lack of company coins that I should've been getting has been preventing me from leveling up weapons to make them more viable against people who already have leveled weapons making the game more difficult and unenjoyable. I've gone through 3 EA support chats and none have produced a working solution and they redirected me here to report it as a bug.

@ItsJuicyJoelFor what it is worth, I do remember the Company Coin system being buggy as all hell.

Hi @ItsJuicyJoel  I've moved your post to the BFV section. Sorry to say though that the only known solution for this problem is to level up to rank 21 as soon as possible, you should start earning CC from after that point.
