Missing content and being ignored

    Hey @outrightpower. 

    There have been some changes to the EA Help contact options due to the current global situation. I'm afraid that phone support is not available for the time being, but chat should still be an option. 

    If you're having trouble setting up a case through the EA Help site you can also try reaching out via Twitter or Facebook as well.

chat is NOT listed as an option, EA_Kent. It hasn't been for at least 12 days, as that's how long it took for me to get an email response (that said it would be 72 hours) that offered zero help whatsoever - just confirmed what the issue was.

As far as I've seen, nothing is listed at all .. and nothing posted about it or communicated at all... Just basic avoidance all together. I get that there's things going on in the world but if your games weren't such a mess we wouldn't be having this conversation
