Missing content Battlefield V Definitive Edition

I already had Battlefield V in Origin/EA, been playing lately in the platform. I saw the game was on sale on Steam, the Definitive Edition, with content that I don't own and it was convenient, so I bought it. I couldn't launch the game from EA since there, thing that I was specting for previous experiences. Uninstalled BF5, installed it in Steam, launched with no problem and played a while. The problem is that I realize that I don't own all the content that I'm supose to, like all the Elite Characters. I don't own Isle Schattenwolf, Siegfried Albrecht, Jonathan McNiel and Norman Kingsley. Steam support tell me to contact EA Support, and EA Support tell me to contact Steam Support. I don't know what to do.

    Oh, dear Lord, I'm so ashamed. I wouldn't think in check armory cause most of the content I allready had unlocked in "Your Company", I'm so sorry, and thanks a lot.

    Hello, I have the same problem as the guy before. But it shows nothing in the Armory as far as claiming. Do you have any ideas of what the issue could be?

    None om my "class mastery assignment" are available in "assignment", "your company", or "armory" i've asked around everywhere in EAhelp forums and alike but it just keps looping me around. What do i do?
