Missing Eidolon rewards after completing “The Challenge”

I’ve had the issue of rewards/assignments not showing or being usable but those are usually fixed after a day or two. It’s been a few weeks since me and 3 friends completed “The Challenge” (After hours of failing lol). This wouldn’t be an issue but I work 60 hours a week and it’s near impossible for me to find 3 people that have time and know what they’re doing to complete it again. The 3 friends I played with all got their Eidolon skins as well. I would really hope to somehow have this fixed or at least get lead in the right direction, thanks.
